Hoard brings more than two decades of executive and management experience in the building and developing of senior housing assets; including, active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
Hoard is known for creating trust with developers, architects, general contractors, and capital partners. He brings a wealth of experience and the ability to balance an entrepreneurial mindset with solid business acumen. Hoard leverages his key relationships, which allows for creating teams to produce successful projects from concept to key.
